This place has such awesome food, and the service is so above expectations.

Eat here regularly. Have had good experiences. Food is great. Service is good. Salsa is tasty. Margaritas are strong. They have not got my order wrong yet. I really like the Guadalajara special. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for good Mexican food.

Been here a bunch and it's easily one of the best, if not the best Mexican in the area.A pretty standard Mexican restaurant setup. Large menu with a ton of options, very quick and attentive service. They have really good queso! Good cocktails as well. Prices are normal for a causal sit down Mexican place.They are very popular, so it's normal busy and sometimes a wait. If you have a large group you may want to call ahead.

The guy behind the cash register is often rude and no one is excited to seat you when you arrive. But they give you a little cold container of salsa and separate bowls so you don't have to share. Most restaurants don't do that and I really appreciate when they do. Salsa is consistent and good. Everything comes out pretty fast except shrimp cocktail which is good but takes a little more time to make which is good because you can tell it's fresh. The shrimp is warm and tomato sauce isn't too cold. Not the most flavorful or the best service, but consistent. Ask for spicy and they'll add jalapenos to your fajitas.

We come here every weekend we are in town and need a good quick meal at a reasonable price. Excellent authentic Mexican food. Fast service.

Food was excellent and extremely fast! Almost like they knew we were coming. Friendly staff keeps you well served. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been coming here for years to this Mexican restaurant because of the food and service. The Mexican food is great here (for Iowa standards), and the chips and salsa are excellent. The food comes out very quickly. It can get quite busy during dinner time but they are efficient. Plus, you can order takeout.

This place has been there since sep 2001. Owned by four local families.We are proud of our food.Always getting better by adding new entrees and using new and better ingredients. They sat us immediately, got our waters immediately, brought our food after 5 min, and give us our checks as soon as half of us were finished eating. They cleared plates as soon as each of us finished. Food was good and plentiful. Everything was clean.

I've been eating here for years, and this is the one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants in the area. They have outstanding, fast service. They have the best margaritas. The food is really good and reasonably priced. If the rare event something isn't perfect, they make it right.Be sure to visit on your birthday for a treat.

This is a great, wonderful Mexican restaurant. They do a crisp business at lunch for a reason. They have very reasonable prices. If I eat there for lunch, I get so stuffed that I only need a small dinner. Staff is reasonably friendly, and they are very efficient.

Good food and quick. Seriously it is Mexican good. What more can you day. Great wait staff as well.

WOW really authentic !!

This is a great place to eat authentic Mexican food. The flavors we're fantastic and the margarita was delicious. I will definitely make this a regular place to eat.

The place was very busy, but they managed to seat us right away. We had an excellent server that continued to check on us though out our stay. The chips (fresh and very warm) and salsa were delightful. The food was delicious and for as many people in the restaurant , we were amazed at how fast we were served. I had been there before, but it was a first for my two companions. They were impressed with everything about the place. Nice decor, excellent service, great food and even though a little noisy, we had no trouble carrying a conversation. I think by the time we left they had both decided what they're going to order next time! Prices were also pretty reasonable! I would say there's no way anyone is going to leave this place hungry!
