Not impressed.

In short, fantastic food, fantastic service. The food is consistently delicious, and always comes out really quickly too! The drinks are strong and very generously priced. Can't recommend it enough.

Food wasn't as hot as it could have been. Taco Salad was great.

The staff is so personable, I love them all. The food is always great and well prepared, always hot. Such a comfortable environment and amazing drinks! Highly recommend.

Went for Taco Tuesday (can't go wrong with 99 cent tacos!) and they were SO good! My boyfriend and I are very indecisive so it takes a while for us to order and our waitress was super patient. The chips and salsa you get is AMAZING and the margaritas are on point. I can't wait to go back and try their nachos and burritos (I was so jealous when the table next to us got their food, it looked incredible). We're already planning on going back every Tuesday for the rest of the summer but may have to make an extra trip one week to try their other menu items.

Best mexican food I've had yet on the east coast!!

My boyfriend and I decided to try out this place last Friday evening. I was very impressed upon walking in as the decor is beautiful & modern. Definitely a clean organized feel. Comfortable seating & there wasn't a wait but it did seem busy. After menus we were delivered a basket of tortilla chips and great salsa. Margaritas were amazing & strong. Glad we ate after. Food was delicious. No complaints. Guacamole was amazing. Great flavor. I recommend the chicken quesadillas. Service was slow but worth it. Fair prices. We will be going back soon. We pray they keep up the strong margaritas & pick up the service pace. Highly recommend giving them a try.

This place is a local treasure. The food here is authentic Mexican and is amazing. Their sauces are second to none and the prices are great. They have a drink menu full of margaritas and other drink options. The drink prices were very reasonable. I will absolutely continue to come here and you should too. Happy eats!

Amazing food

I love el Forestero! Their mole is so tasty and their tamales are some of the best I've had in the northeast. Everything I've had there has been tasty, and if you like a spicy margarita, their jalapeno one is mucho bueno!

A hidden gem. Best authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. Great intimate atmosphere, beautiful decor, generous & tasty drinks all served with amazing dishes. Definitely worth giving it a try. Bon appetit!

The food is good at a reasonable price, but just wasn't the kind of Mexican food I like. I seek to like places that have more kinds of burritos, enchiladas, tacos, whereas they have more meat plates, mole, etc. My wife really enjoyed the mole.

Very tasty recipes. Quickly fulfilled order. Generous portions.Note: menu online is not complete - they have a lot more great stuff.

it is a true family run authentic Mexican restaurant. Priced right for the local families to enjoy. It gives our children an opportunity to enjoy another culture and music AND even try out their school Spanish if the want. 5 star food and service !!
