Ellos lo ponen muy bonito en las fotos pero cuando llegas te dan ganas de irte me quede porque ya había pagado pero por lo menos la piscina estaba limpia y la primera habitación no me gusto así que hice que me cambien para otra mejor pero no vuelvo más nunca ahi

I know it's got to be incredibly frustrating to lose your phone due to all the personal information that we usually carry in it. The staff seem very helpful for me I would think they would have been able toidentify exactly who had access to your room. I did see them unboxing several AC units during my stay. I would hope they would have offered you some type of compensation for the issues you experience. my stay was pleasant the price was very reasonable for the accommodations we had no issues. They do provide a safe that was convenient for my electronic devices
