I order a cowboy steak, but it's not an American cut, is more like a thick rib beef piece and I ask for a med rare temperature, but I got a rare cook on my steak, I eat it but they need to learn a little more about, how to cook steaks and how the American cuts are!Exelllent place for dates...!!

Customer service at this place is horrible. I went to pick up my online order but the lady tells me “hold up” while he does something on the computer for 6+ minutes without giving me any attention or checking if my order is ready. Another employee notices I have been waiting and sees that my order has been sitting on the counter this whole time. -0 for customer service. Never ordering from here again. A customer front of you is always important than whatever you are doing. That’s common sense.
