Great coffee and breakfast here. The ambiance is peaceful with soft lighting and comfortable seating. Expect long lines in the mornings.

Good quality bagels with quick turnover time. Best place to grab a quick breakfast. Personal favourite, protein bagel with jalapeño salsa.

The Assistant Manager always has a positive attitude and you feel Welcome, especially getting up so early in the Morning

Convenient place to stop by in the morning to grab bagels for the office. Plenty of parking to get in and out quickly. They have an option to grab a premade assortment of bagels for ~$8 or you can pick out your own. Staff has been friendly every time I've visited.

The tasty turkey sandwich was really good. I didnt' expect it to be so good. I was thoroughly impressed

Great bagels, friendly staff and good coffee! Here's the catch... Flip a coin on getting out quickly. This location often understaffed for the morning rush. The ordering system is typically unorganized, despite what the overhead signage seems to indicate. Customers often have no idea where to place their orders. This leads to increased confusion, a longer line and low reviews from certain patrons (especially the new one looking for a quick morning bite to eat). On the other hand, sometimes I'm able to place my usual order and I'm back out in a flash. My reccomendation to customers is to make sure you adequate time to grab a breakfast here. The food is actually really good... You'll enjoy it. As for store management, I would recommend working on consistency to retain more new visitors. I got a coupon in the mail. Half a dozen and smear for 6.00..I never tried these bagels before. I liked them. They have a good variety. I got salted, French toast, cranberry, asiago, and apple.. soo good. They have a good menu. The breakfast sandwiches look very good. I will try them next time.
