Extremely slow and rude service. Waited 15 minutes just to place an order (Farmhouse egg sandwich and a large coffee) , took another 25 minutes to get it. I was handed a small coffee and my bag. I was rushed to catch my flight at this point. By the time I got to the gate to check my food, it was the wrong sandwich and was burnt. Paying $14 for a egg bagel and a coffee is already a ripoff, but combined with the wasted time and horrible service, this place really deserves no stars.

I love Einstein Bros coffee. I’ve stopped by this location multiple times in the past few months and every time I have had a bad experience. The first time, the espresso machine wasn’t working so I had to get the regular coffee. It was barely warm. Unfortunately, this time, I had to leave before I could even get my coffee. I ordered and then they started having trouble with the machine. I finished my Einstein breakfast while waiting and still no coffee. The staff seem to be great. But, it appears they get little to no training and little support outside their immediate team members. As a lover of Einstein Bros coffee, this thirsty traveller would appreciate it if this could get fixed.

Busy place in airport. Good bagels. If you just need coffee for early flight there is a place to swipe your card and just get coffee.

Yes, it is slow, poor.... Truly poor customer service in there. Sad indeed. I wish some other coffee shop goes in their spot.
