I've grown increasingly disappointed with Einstein Brothers. For being a bagel shop, they don't offer many options. My favorite bagels and shmears have been discontinued. I think my patronage will be discontinued.

The drive thru took like 30 minutes for 2 bagels. Then the kid at the window literally didnt say a single word to me. Not hi not sorry for the wait not anything. I even said hi how are you and got no response. When i said gee thanks have a good day he stared at me for like 10 seconds and said yeah okay. Rude! Plus the blueberry bagel tasted like it was in the same basket as the onion bagels. Trust me, it isn't a good combination.

People behind the counter are great in the morning ... 6ish ... Friendly and making sure you have what you need (freezer bags, etc). Einstein's might be a shade more expensive than some alternatives, but bagels have been consistently fresh if not still warm when I come in.

Their 6 bagels for $5.99 was a great deal. My family prefers Bruegger's.

Fresh bagels of a wide variety. They will happily split them for you and provide you with freezer bags. Good cream cheeses with a wide variety. Tasty breakfast sandwiches and fresh all you can drink coffee, including one or more special flavors.

Polite & helpful staff, competitive pricing, but was a little surprised to see them close @3pm on a Sunday.

The place is always dirty. Crumbs on the floor and tables are always dirty, even when it's slow. Coffee is good though.

Since the local Brueggers closed, this is the only local bagel shop so the lines are long. It does not help that the staff are slow in filling orders, nor that they do not toast their bagels when you order sandwiches so they come out flabby.However, there is really no other choice. Sigh.
