Ordered 2 bagels and it took them 28min to make them, and then the cashier started yelling at a coworker about touching his register. Many people were cancelling their orders because of the crazy long wait times for a simple bagel!

Ordered a bacon & cheddar bagel and was served without cream cheese. The cashier didn't even ask if I'd like some on it, assuming it was part of the bagel!
