The food is incredibly good here. Bagels are superb and the jalapeño salsa shmear is to die for.The service is really bad. Half the people barely know their own menu. Look for Brenda, does it perfect.

A box of dozen bagels with 2 x cream cheese ready in a box to go, perfect packaging! Very well thought out. Excellent fresh bagels! Wayyy better than store bought! Bagels of my choice. A perfect breakfast w friends, for wen u have kids and ur up early! Yah!

Awesome variety of bagels and pastries. The bagel bakers dozen on Mondays for $7.00 is a great deal.

They are soooo slow and disorganized. Only go because it’s on my way to work.

Today was my first time going to Einstein's, and I was mostly happy with my experience. I got a large coffee and a 6 cheese bagel with smoked salmon shmear for less than $7, so that was nice. My biggest issue, however, was that there was not nearly enough cream cheese on the bagel, which is a killer for me. I'll definitely be back!

Good bagels. Got our somewhat complicated to go order right, too. But where did the schmear go? Asked for some plain cream cheese on the bagel, and they scraped it on like it was Vegemite. Come on, people, put some cream cheese on that bagel!

The gentleman at the counter was awesome, first time there and he advised me a great breakfast and I enjoyed it and he had that friendly family orientation as he greeted me and as I left. That's what makes people come back. Thank you. I hope you are recognized!Sincerely,Frank

Great staff and location. It's cool that they serve breakfast on weekends (unlike the Falls Church Panera Bread), considering they are both breakfast/bagel places

We come here every weekend. It's exactly what you expect of the chain. I usually get the Nova lox sandwich, and it's delicious! They start running out of the good bagels around 11am on weekends. And, though the tables fill up quickly, they turn around just as fast.The coffee is only okay. Oftentimes, it's boiling hot, and I have to let it sit in the cup with the lid off while I eat my sandwich before I can drink it safely. And, sometimes the coffee can be too bitter, like it has been sitting out for a while. If you have time, I'd recommend getting your coffee at Starbucks a couple doors down.

First time here! Great experience. Varieties is amazing & this place is also clean. Very friendly & positive staff. Would recommend it for sure!!!!!

We were craving bagel and lox so decided to go to the closest Einstein Bros. Bagels. My wife and I both got bagel and lox on our choice of bagel. I love the variety of the bagels here! I got mine on a cheddar jalapeño bagel that actually had slices of jalapeño on the bagel under a layer of cheddar cheese! I gave it 4 stars because they didn't have decaf. Also another patron who got a hot coffee complained that it was cold. Come on, it's a bagel shop so they need to get it together on the coffee. Overall I love this place for the bagels...

Now serving Caribou Coffee! Their Dark Chocolate Mochas made with mini dark chocolate chips are the best!

Great place to grab a bite any time if day. Nice, friendly people work there. Free wifi. i'll continue to patronize this location.

I love bagels, so for me this place is very convenient cause of it location. A good point that they have a good parking spot, that is rare for falls church city. Bagels are fresh and delicious. The only bad problem is service. Guys, you are making extra money with tips, make me wish to tip u, care about ur customer
