I like the coffee and food here reasonably well. I love The Lox sandwich! However, the service and prices are not the best. Also breakfast sandwich eggs are poached not fried. Big mistake...

Breakfast here is awesome! I love their bagels. Staff is polite. The Manager can have a bit of an attitude but I eat here because it's close to me and I'm not going to.spite myself because she may have some things going on in her life that I know don't concern or pertain to me.

Well this morning I had my mouth already to eat a pumpkin bagel but that's not what happen. There was one lady in front of me and she placed her order. So I waited for someone to take my order and that didn't happen. Now I'm just standing at the counter watching the employees walk around in the back. There was a guy making food but his back was to me. Then a young lady had some stickers in her hand to put on the food but she never asked me can I help you. So needless to say but I didn't get my bagel this morning. This so a sad way to start my Saturday morning.

I've only been there once, however I can't forget my experience that I had there that one time! This place makes the BEST bagels I have ever had in my entire life! I remember ordering the mac and cheese bagel with original cream cheese and some kind of cinnamon crunch bagel with blueberry cream cheese! They were so good! I highly recommend!

Maybe I went at a bad time...I don't know is 8am on a Wednesday a bad time?....I definitely understand now why these locations keep closing (i.e. downtown, 96th street). If you hire people who really don't care, then customers will stop coming. The food was okay but what really caught my attention was the service. I'm not asking for red carpet service, but a little bit of politeness goes a long way. Clearly these employees did not want to be there. Two of them were having a conversation behind the counter regarding a recent text message, the person who took my order was uninterested. I understand having "rough" days at work, but it seemed like everyone was having a rough day at work. If you go here do not expect good service or anyone who cares about serving you.

Good food. The Nova Lox bagel is really good. The staff is kind and even with a misunderstanding, they still helped me out. I was there working remotely for 3 hrs and didn't have a problem.

The cashier acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever. Food was alright. The London fogs we ordered were great as always

Well, First off, it's tough to order a plain bagel with cream cheese. But when you do, it's a good bagel. Although... Don't try to eat a bagel with a broken tooth, it may lead to a root canal and reaching your dental insurance limit.
