Great bagels and breakfast . Coffee always fresh. I don't know why people complaint about this place. It must be something wrong with some customers.

Customer service: AWFUL. Food: disgusting. In all honesty save your money and go buy a better bagel somewhere else in town, but not in this store and definitely not in this location.

Great breakfast food but it can get busy during peak times in the mornings. They have 50c refills if you bring your own cup which is really nice and environmentally friendly

I had a great lunch experience on campus today. Everything looked clean and easy to identify. There was no wait and the staff was kind and got right to it. They answered all my questions about the menu. I paid $5.49 for the NEW All-Nighter. I devoured it. The bacon wasn't the best as far as Smithfield quality but it wasn't that bs fast-food fakin' bacon, as Daym would say. I'll definitely be back.

First of all, the hours say they are open until 7pm. It is 5:20pm right now and they are closed. Secondly, the staff will just talk to each other, while doing nothing until there is a line wrapped around the building.
