Fantastic. They were about to close and still took my order without skipping a beat. I got a Lox bagel and it was made perfectly, great presentation and fresh ingredients. Also, unlike the Einstein in Walled Lake, they load the lox with a generous amount of salmon and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable for a higher end chain, and the service was quick. I also ordered a cold press coffee from the sister-chain Caribou Coffee and it was pretty damn good for a sub three dollar cup of joe. Who needs to wait thirty minutes at an overpriced starbucks? If you just want simple coffee and some carb-loading to boot do yourself a favor and head to this Einstein.

The overall bagel sandwich I ordered was good, but the spinach on the inside was kinda cold. The ladies were nice and made suggestions when I asked, the staff as a whole could use better customer service skills.

I always like Einstein, bagel sandwiches are great and the coffee was good. It also helps that employees were really nice at this one in particular.

I love this place! They open at 530am. They are courteous professional they have the biggest variety of bagels I've seen and have a good selection of coffees Lattes and teas! Great addition to anyone's early morning routine!

Love the bagels and the variety of them. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I had a bacon and cheddar on jalapeno cheddar bagel; outrageously good. The staff are fine though i was disappointed that my lonely sandwich took longer than customers that came in after me. Took the lady multiple times in the microwave to prepare my eggs. Other than that, its a fine place for breakfast. Prices are a tad higher than other places that specialize in this kind of business.

very good. my dad has been coming to this location for 20 years and its never gotten worse. i love their pumpernickel bagels and their cream cheese is exceptional 👌
