We were just talking about how Bayfield needed brick oven pizza, so we are thrilled to finally have that. We have tried several different pizzas there and everyone loved theirs and were excited to go back. They are cooked fresh to order, so you might have to wait. It's worth the wait. The staff are friendly, and there is both indoor and outdoor seating for a fun, casual atmosphere.

Questions & Answers

As posted, our hours are Monday through Saturday 11 to 8 and Sundays from 12 to 7. We do have indoor seating and a bar available, however, what not everyone realizes, is that we are actually not at all a standard restaurant. We are a food trailer parked outside the building. We are essentially ran by two people with just a couple phenomenal staff members helping us keep up in the evening. Being a food trailer, cold weather makes it difficult for us to stay open too late in the winter (it can drop to 38 degrees in there with all heaters rolling to keep our hand sinks from freezing), hence 8 pm closing time. We're hoping to build up in the future so that cooking is done inside. But for now... we are limited by temperatures. Also, due to limited space and the two days we give our dough before it's ready to serve, on super busy nights, at least with pizza, when we're out, we're out. The food is delicious so make sure to get in early so that you don't miss out on a busy night! :)
