Always busy, always clean, great meals,

Cool old style mom and pop place but......We ordered breakfast platters which included pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. Something happened with our order since 3 tables of people that came in after us got their food before us. Everything was average at best. (And mainly cold) We eat at a lot of breakfast places and this was nothing special whatsoever and the bill came to $30!!.... for breakfast!!!On a positive note.. Someone ordered the lobster salad platter at 10:00 am and, although it seemed like an odd menu item to order at that time, it looked really good!! The customer was telling the other customers how delicious it was....Guess we should have ordered the lobster salad platter.....:)

Excellent service and food

I love going to this place for lunch and breakfast. The food is very very good. The restaurant is homey and welcoming. I really recommend it if you are in the little silver area.

I don't understand Johanne Larose's inane comment of discrimination and racism at Edies. The reason that you may have to wait for a table (Johanne) is that the food is delicious and well prepared all in a very cozy familial dining room. Much like the old saying regarding flatulence that "she who smelt it dealt it" Johanne is more exposed for whom she is, not Edies. One of the best breakfast places in Jersey!

Parking isnt to plentiful,food is good,service ok, an old house made into a breakfast and lunch resturant,its worth the limited parking

Great local diner-esque spot for a quick bite. Very convenient and the service is always good. Star subtracted for prices as they are a little steep. Place could do with a little updating too

A quintessential Little Silver Experience. Large menu and decent specials. Relatively inexpensive. Portions could be somewhat larger. A great milkshake too. Call me a child, but I swear by their Grilled Cheese. Edie's fries are a must.

Great little spot went there with my sister and my mother everybody was happy with their meal just what it is a luncheonette but a good one
