Edible Arrangements

This order was completed for the sole purpose of the balloons. The fruit was an afterthought. I've been trying since Sunday to get my 5 year old birthday balloons and I was sure edible would deliver. The driver said to call the store. The store line is busy plus he delivered at 5pm when the store closed. For $150 I am extremely disappointed. This was my first ever edible order and will be the last.

Terrible service! I placed an order at 9 am on Friday, which they failed to deliver. Was told they would deliver it 1st thing Saturday morning, luckily my wife works on Saturdays. I called to check the status mid-day Saturday and was only told its out for delivery. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. Only after I said I would be writing a review of my experience, did the clerk respond with " I could have compensated for your trouble, but since you are going to do that then I wont. Good bye.'" and he hung up on me. They finally delivered it at 3 pm on Saturday.The over priced cost of chocolate dipped fruit is due to the service they are providing. With such bad service what am I paying for?

The strawberries prepared was great. Husband said the order was not complete though, missing the balloons requested, but they fixed it. Also, no delivery to Fort Lee at the time so he had to pick up on Valentines Day.
