This is the best hamburger shack on the island! You can order off the menu, or build your own. There is a long list of choices for condiments, cheeses, buns, bratwurst, sausages, sauerkraut, and you can an even add an egg. The hamburger was very juicy. They come with homemade chips or fries, or you can have curly fries for a upcharge.You can eat inside, or outside on their deck.The very nice proprietors are from Austria, thus the name Edelweiss, and they have photos from scenes from The Sound of Music, that was filmed in Austria, on the wall.It is across the street from the Lani Kai, and behind the taco stand. And they have a bathroom for their customers.

Small flight of steps but their is a handicap ramp
Limited spaces behind building. I'm thinking there are only about 4 spaces. We go early and usually get one.
