The chef selects each piece, before hand-cutting and seasoning the thick, tender and juicy steaks to your specifications, then to seal in the flavor, we flash-sear your steak on our special high-heat grills. This restaurant is phenomenal...we took a group of 10 there for an after work dinner and got some of the best service and food we have ever encountered. The steaks are cooked, literally, to perfection, the appetizers are fantastic, the wine list is a mile long, and the waitstaff know their business. Go. You will be very happy. I almost never write reviews, but this place deserves it!
