Eclipse Chocolate

Great place. Very laid back feel with attentive and friendly staff. The food was very unique with the supper club event. Overall we really enjoyed and look forward to returning.

I can't rave about this place enough! I've visited multiple times now and each trip has been nothing short of wonderful. The food is inventive and so incredible. It's like an adventure for your tastebuds. The chocolates are delectable and something I cherish. They have a passion for food that really shows through in every dish. But if the food isn't enough to get you in, the warm and friendly staff should be. They are welcoming and hardworking and REAL. They take care of you like a doting grandma but converse like a friend. This is my favorite place in all of San Diego and if you don't visit for dinner, brunch, or one of their creative social nights, you've missed out on one of the best things about this town.

I always love this place. The service, food, drinks and chocolate are amazing! It can be a bit busy but worth the wait.

I didn't dine here but we stopped in to get a box of chocolates.. very pretty place. Small but worth it. $20.00 for 9 truffles. We came in late so didn't see anyone working in the kitchen but the staff was really nice and funny.

Omg! Everything was delicious. I plan to go back. And they had dairy intolerant friendly options!!!

We had an amazing meal, and the drinking chocolate was so delicious. We went for breakfast and so I didn't think to make reservations for Valentine's day, we sat at the bar. Sitting at the bar is fun and it might just be our new tradition.

Imaginative food, and tons of delicious chocolate. If you love chocolate, you'll love this place. If your don't love chocolate, you'll probably enjoy the food anyway because it's so good. Great for brunch and breakfast, I haven't been for lunch or dinner.

I've never seen chocolate bars where I live, and this place is incredibly memorable! The workers know their stuff and try to be as helpful as they can (they let you sample if you're debating between a few drinkable chocolate flavors). I have to say, the cardamom rose petal drinkable chocolate stole my heart! It's so tasty and unique, I still dream about this chocolate! 10/10 would come here again!

Omigoodness. Absolutely delicious! The Groupon was an incredible deal. The service was great, and the drinking chocolate was superb!

Truly decadent! I am impressed by the chefs creations. Five of us sampled 6 different menu items and they were all amazing. Our service was great as well!

Used a Groupon deal to try this place out as we are never in this area. The dinner was so much food (2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts, 2 drinks-alcohol included)! Everything was delicious, service was great. We were so stuffed that we could only eat one of the desserts and they allowed us to take the other one to go. Our reservation was for 7pm, we had some trouble finding street parking, there is no lot. The restaurant is casual and was empty when we arrived but after about an hour, it picked up and had a steady stream of people. Would definitely recommend and will try the brunch sometime!

Great coffee and chocolate! I would highly recommend going for that experience. I didn't love the entree portions or how long we had to wait to get our food.

If you like - hot chocolate or drinking chocolate then this shop offer you different taste. I ordered rose petals cardamom white drinking chocolate and it was such a delight ful experience. Small note - you may find this at sweeter end. Beautiful shop, you will feel welcome and try some really different flavor s in drinking chocolate.
