Excellent roast beef sandwiches. Beautiful well appointed restaurant. Prices a bit steep but the ambience and food quality easily made up for it.

Beautiful setting. The roast beef was good overall but a bit chewy. The stuffed peppers were very good. The Lobster Bisque was quite a disappointment however. No discernible lobster at all. Very pleasant waitress.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. FOOD AND DRINKS A LITTLE PRICEY BUT WAS WELL WORTH IT BECAUSE EVERYTHING TASTED GREAT.

Outstanding food quality and service! Fabulous atmosphere! They were super accommodating for our large party and gave us a private room. The owner himself came out to check on us and The service was impeccable! The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced for the quality! The filet literally melted in my mouth! Will definitely be back to try the rest if the menu options! They made our special occasion a very memorable one!

Its just okay. Ambience is great and the place is decorated beautifully. The food was good but nothing that I would need to have again. French onion soup was standard. Prime rib on weck rolls were pretty dry. The burger was tasty but not something I would go back to have again.

The atmosphere is perfect. The staff welcomes you when you enter. This is just a prelude to what awaits. The food is awesome, served with obvious pride as it's presented. And this was just for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return.

Easily one of my favorite places for lunch and a beverage. Good food, good prices, and great company. Carter behind the bar makes it worth coming to!

Great food. They have such a wide open choice of foods it's great for large groups of people, there has to be something you love on the menu, then they have specials which makes it even harder.I have the problem of deciding what I want because it's all great. The Greek combo is my go to you get steak pieces, chicken,and gyro all marinated to perfection.

Awesome place for parties. Celebrated my 50th with about 100 people. Everything from room, planning, service and food were the best. Consider this place for your event... seriously it is awesome.

Renovated historical restaurant, with restoration of original woodwork is a fabulous place to take out of town guests to show off Buffalo. Food is of great quality and served tastefully, specializing in aged beef and seafood. The bar is in the middle of one of the several open rooms with original woodwork and exquisite detail.

I went to Eckl's for a friend's birthday with other friends. It was all of our first time there. We were really impressed with our meals. The drinks need improvement. Give it a try. I would try them again!

The food was fantastic. I started with the lobster bisque with a shot of cherry and short ribs, the beef was so tender it fell apart. Loved my meal. Where they went wrong. My wife and I were served our red wine in white wine glasses. We ordered full body reds, so they really needed that big glass to breathe. Our waiter did a poor job clearing our table. The place was slow so no excuse. Issue of attention to detail.
