Ebisu Sushi Shack

I love the early bird specials here. You can't go wrong. Also, the spicy/sweet edamame they have is amazing, a must try appetizer. Sushi is fresh and made to order. I'm a bit new school and love jalapenos on most rolls. They have it and side it on the side for me <3. Sake comes out nice and hot, I don't like when places have Luke warm sake. It'll cool off on its own on the table, bring it hot. Nice and attentive staff who work here too. I don't live in the area anymore but I still make a point to drop in once and a while. I never had a bad experience here. Check it out for yourself.

By far the best sushi place I’ve been to in Tampa. I’ve been searching for a place for months and nothing as satisfied my taste buds half as much as they did. Also, Una...is freaking fantastic!!! Very educated of the menu and attentive, also very sweet. Will definitely be back.

Cozy little spot that serves sushi most nights and one night a week does "Japanese home style food" such as noodles and curry. There are a few appetizers here that I haven't seen anywhere else and they're awesome!! The sushi is pretty normal, slightly smaller selection than some spots but it's always fresh and nicely made. It's a small spot so if you have a larger group go on a weeknight. If your group is larger than 8 you may want to consider going elsewhere because you'll take up half the seats in the restaurant LOL Love the 80s video game decor!
