Eat'n Park

Clean, and friendly service, very prompt too. Can't complain. Server was super friendly and fast. Made the evening very nice.

Best Eat N Park in the area. The staff did a really good job making my daughter's birthday special.

I am not sure what is going on with this chain right now, but the last three times I have chosen to eat there, and all at different locations, it seemed to take forever to get the food. On two occasions, I sent it back because it was not prepared the way it was requested.

Im sorry to say that my wife and I feel like Eat n Park is our second home lol. Food is excellent, people are always nice. Could however be kept cleaner, especially salad bar. Presentation is so important in restaurant industry. Tidy up folks. Clean the counter and the floor more often.

One star is generous. I got home With someone else’s order. we paid and got nothing we wanted what a waste of money. Never again

We stop there occasionally because it is on our way to a client. I always enjoy the soup and salad bar. They always have three different soups and a clean salad bar.

This place is the one I always prefer. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very friendly and the cooking they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Always enjoy. Establishment is very clean. Our waitress was personable and on the ball. Food was good. We laugh, because we read the menu and always order the super burger! You have the best cole slaw.

Eaton Park is known for it's salad bar which is a meal on its own.

We visited last night and unfortunately it was not the best. Our server had not come to the table and we sat there for at least 15 minutes. We the were greeted by a great server by the name of Frank. He apologized and let us know this was not his section but had seen us there for a long time and offered to get our drinks. After speaking, I asked if he could just be our waiter since he seemed genuine and willing to help. He agreed as our server had still not come to the table. The food took an extra long time to arrive and he continued to apologize. If we could fill these places with workers like Frank, we would all be in a better place. I will give them another chance but will definitely request Frank in the future and suggest everyone do the same. Great workers deserve our money not the lazy ones.

Arrived there today 11:30am. Finally got food (chili, grilled cheese. Also baked fish dinner) at 12:15. Chili was warm, cheese was dried on the sandwich. Wife's fish was fine. My glass looked like it had dried milk shake on it.Terrible service.unusual as we go there a couple of times a week.

My party and I went to the McMurray Eat-n-Park. It was not very busy. We were seated at 11:45 A.M. No servers or staff came to our table to wait on us by 12 Noon so my party and I left. I asked the hostess as we were leaving to see the manager. I informed the manager that my party and I were leaving because we were seated for 15 minutes and no one waited on us. She looked clueless and said that we would be waited on now. I told her that they had 15 minutes to wait on us and no one came so my party and I were leaving. Again she looked clueless. I informed her that I would not be giving them any future business and would be informing my friends and acquaintances of what happened. I can't believe the totally unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful treatment by Eat-n-Park - McMurray! I would NOT recommend patronizing this establishment.

First visit was a disaster so it took a bit before i was willing to try again. This time it was decent. Staff was efficient with a nice attitude. Food was tasty within the limits of this low end chain. Might be time to give it another chance.
