Eat My Catfish

The food is great, once I got it. Service has been an issue at this location numerous times not just tonight. The little rock location has routinely been much better! The floors here are always slick, especially so in the main areas and bathrooms. There must be some kind of degreaser that could fix these floors in Benton location?

Friendly service price for fish and shrimp was fair. Really enjoyed the catfish and hush puppies were awesome. Had pleanty to eat. I will definately be back.

Great Hot food every time

Wide range of choices, from fried green tomatoes to crawfish. Just wish they had oysters , both fried and on the half shell. Boiled shrimp were very nice size and seasoned well . Catfish fried to perfection .Friendly staff and quick service.Cold beer available in bottles , draft beer would be a welcome addition. Plenty of parking , even for trucks with trailers .

Normally I think this place is great! But one hour ago i just got an order from DoorDash got a boiled shrimp dinner and added two pieces of fish the Problem The shrimp had no seasoning and They forgot the tartar sauce for the fish and the butter for the shrimp but could be just a bad employee otherwise this place is pretty great

We would not recommend this place at the Benton location. We have eaten fish a lot of places and this place would be on the bottom of the list. All food was bland and fish had a ton of black in it. Had to scrape it off still wasn't good but after throwing half away we did eat it. The Bathroom wasn't clean but on a good note the coleslaw and hushpuppis were good and DrPepper was good. Told Nancy the waitress about this. She said her son owned the restaurant and usually it wasn't like this.

The counter girl was EXTREMELY rude. She couldn’t answer questions I asked about the minnow bucket , ask me to get out of line and read it myself. Then proceeded to tell me to move so she could wait on the next person. I WILL NEVER VISIT this location again. This is the reason I LOVE RJ’s crawfish shack. They are always friendly.

We eat here in Benton when my parents come up from Texas. Landon is a great host and the food is outstanding!! Don't go anywhere else for the food!

The food was great! The price for the amount of food was wonderful as well. I would give a 5 star rating but a particular young girl up front likes to roll her eyes at customers. Apparantly shes done this to other people because when I got to where I was going with the food, I mentioned the customer service was not so great today and they too said something about the girl that rolls her eyes at people.

My brother is the best manager out there! Travis runs an excellent business and if you want a taste of TRUE Louisiana crawfish....this is the place to go! The catfish is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and don’t sleep on the chicken tenders!

Now that's some €@m& good Catfish. The service is good. The Sauce is excellent.

😲😲😲 👍👍 A category all their own. By far, the very best!During our travels in December 2019, my family and I ate here. We liked it so much, we returned the very next day and ordered food to go, before leaving town.We initially planned to eat different cuisine elsewhere, but decided to try it out. Great decision. Every item we selected, both days, were above the bar for preparation, flavor, seasoning, sauces, drinks.ALL WAS FANTASTIC! Including all staff and manager. Keep up the excellent quality, crew. We will purposefully make our way back through, during our travels, just to eat there again.

Staff is great, food is awesome! I had the chicken, my husband had the catfish. Both were cooked perfectly.

Always delicious. And excellent service.
