So excited this place is opening! Great burgers.

I was walking with my kids at the Eastern Market and decided to try this burger spot for the kids. I think the mix in concept is a great idea since I grew up eating burgers with the ingredients mixed in. Realizing that this is a new restaurant with a different concept, I was pleased but probably will go back later after the kinks are worked out. I never give up in a new restaurant without going back. I had the Cuban burger that had done decent flavor and I feel like I know what they're missing in this burger. It was a touch too salty and I don't think it needed the green salsa verde but the mustard would have been great, just like the actual Cuban sandwich. Even though it was beef, I was looking for more of the actual Cuban flavors like pickles, ham and cheese standing out more. The burgers were fast from dry and they had good texture. I hope to improve on my stars on my next visit. I did meet the owners and they are very nice people. The staff was also very accommodating.

Fantastic burgers, quick and casual but they don't skimp on quality! This place is unique in that all the toppings and ingredients and spices are mixed into the patty, and it's honestly awesome. The burger still has all the flavor but isn't messy, and each bite is equally amazing! Plus, their Cajun fries were the best I've ever had. Yes, wayyy better than 5 guys. Can't wait to come back!

So this is a new spot located in area of eastern market. This is my first time so I will have review later about the burger and shake. Today I brought breakfast sandwiche for daughter who said it was good. So that's a start.

This may have been the best burger, fries, and shake experience of my life. The cost may make you hesitate to open your wallet, but once you taste what they have to offer you will want to empty it. The burger was incredibly flavorful, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the shake was creamy and rich. 5 stars is not enough folks.

I love this place!!! The garlic parmesan fries dipped in the house sauce are a phenomenal combination— hands down the best fries I’ve ever had. Came with a group, and sat outside because they had space heaters. Great vibes and the $3 beers are hard to beat.

OMG!!! So delicious! I got the impossible burger that I longed for so long. I stopped eating meats over 5 years but I still love burger. The impossible burger satisfied me sooo much. I can have sweet dream for the rest of my week. Their brussel sprouts are so yummy. Highly recommended!!!

Such an innovative concept and so delicious! All the flavors and ingredients you desire without the mess. Walked away feeling fed and satisfied, without the burger hangover. I had The Greek and tried all three fries (Cajun was my favorite). Aioli for the fries was great, but I also recommend dipping your fries in the sauce that comes with your burger.

I seldom leave reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing. The burgers are mediocre (certainly not worth the price), and the owner is shockingly rude. It's got a great location, so I'm hoping that this place will close and be replaced with better food under better management!

I ate here for pickup with my wife this past weekend. It was so good we ordered more! All 3 burgers were cooked perfectly and having the ingredients INSIDE the patty makes clean a consistent. It also travels very well! The chicken patty is a sleeper. Brussels are insane. Will definitely be going back.

One of our best meals so far while visiting DC. I had the Mexico City burger and it was delicious. Also had a side of garlic parmesan fries that went perfectly with the burger. I highly recommend checking out this new burger joint in Capitol Hill are. Tell’em Super Dave sent ya.

Novel concept which puts a delicious spin on the classic burger. Quick service. I’ll be a regular!

I absolutely loved everything about this place! It was clean and had a nice interior. We met the owner and he was very kind and willing to help us. The burgers were so good I wish we had them where I live
