Well my experience with the order was very mixed. First the pizza was very good and pleasantly hot when delivered. No complaints pizza was a 4.5.Now the salad ordered was another story. The side salad was delivered in a small foam box with dressing and croutons on the side. When opened the salad consisted of cut lettuce....and nothing else. No tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion. So technically not a salad. The lack of any components to make a salad was the least of the issues. The lettuce on top of the “salad†had pieces that were spoiled (brown and slimy). Pretty disgusting. Took back to shop and requested a refund. Hence the 3.0.

Ok I really don't understand why people are hating on this great pizza. First of all "real Chicago" pizza is terrible. This pizza is delicious and fresh. The best pizza chain in all the US as far as I am concerned

Their pepperoni pizza caused four people from four different households to get food poisoning. Those of us that just ate the cheese pizzas were perfectly fine. They were the only four to eat the pepperoni pizza, and all four of them got a bad case of food poisoning. When I called about it, all they said was that they hadn’t received any other phone calls about food poisoning, so it must have been something else that caused it. That was the ONLY thing that ONLY the four of them ate. My mom ended up calling in an hour or so later to say that pepperoni pizza had caused people to get sick. They told her the same exact thing: that they hadn't received any other phone calls like this (a lie since I had called an hour beforehand) and that it must have been something else. I contacted corporate about this because they're obviously told to say that spiel to anyone that calls. They did nothing about it. We'd both gotten pizzas from here several times before, but not anymore...

Amazing pizza. Kind staff and worth every penny .. did you see the pic.. mmm loaded crust pepperoni on top. Best ever.
