East of Chicago Pizza

I order here very frequently. And the food is always wonderful. I have a small child that's extremely picky but will definitely eat here. Everyone is nice and friendly. Always

Ordered Loaded Nachos with extra meat and there was hardly any meat at all, (So you be the judge other customers) I called to complain and was told that the manager made my order themselves.. and that was the best it was going to get. I ordered from East of Chicago at least twice a month, I'm very disappointed with the customer service and quality of my food.So I don't think that I will be ordering or recommending to friends and family ANYTIME SOON.... UNACCEPTABLE EAST OF CHICAGO 👎👎👎

First time trying... pizza and parm wings were great didn't wait long friendly people nice environment wish it was bigger so people can dine in

The delivery driver was VERY RUDE. Came into my place of employment because he got lost and was rude with the secretary and very unprofessional. Called and complained. Was given a free pizza to be delivered. However, when we went to redeem what was promised the OWNER was rude and said he wouldn’t deliver the pizza promised to us. Will never order again. The delivery manager and the OWNER were very unprofessional and do not understand the true meaning of customer service.

They never disappoint. They are by far the neatest pizza shop I have ordered from. Their food is always delicious and tne pizza is always so neatly made and cut. Toppings are generous and always very neatly arranged, ALL the time! They are always very pleasant, and helpful. They carried out my order for me! Would highly recommend the shop at Wallhaven. Great food and excellent service!!

I ordered pizza and wings.. The food was great and customer service was understanding.

Walked in and ordered a 9" pizza at 19:41 and was told that it would be 20 minutes. I gave them 25 minutes before I went back in to retrieve my pizza and they hadn't even started the pizza! I didn't receive my pizza until 20:19. I took a picture of the receipt with the order time and the pizza next to the clock in my car in front of the restaurant so that there's no questioning my times. This is absolutely unacceptable! Pizza wasn't even good enough to justify the wait either. Just all around poor.

Love their pizza and subs. Never waited more than 20 minutes, we do carry out, and they are always friendly no matter how busy they are.

Great and delicious pizza. Topping were generous!! We had pepperoni bacon and mushrooms!!! It sucks we are moving from the neighborhood now, but we recommend them for sure

My favorite delivery chain pizza place and my go to for pizza. Not too much to say, its a standard pizza delivery place. But for whatever reason, I love their particular blend of herbs and crust.
