This Earl's location has always been good and I can't really knock them. However this particular night it did take a bit before my mom got a glass of wine. Our waitress was quite nice and explained that for some reason there was issues with the wine we ordered and offered another on the house. So in some sense our waitress made everything better for us. But the issue with making the house wine ready was a bit concerning... did a barrel have to be tapped or was there issue with the stock on hand?

Asked to settle with our bill after we got our appetizers because their SYSTEM went down and couldn't cook our food, although another table that walked in after us got their order made and served from their friend cook. When I mentioned that to our waitress and hostess they said they will let manager know. Good day and stay safe

Honestly the experience wasn’t great, some of our party arrived early and wasn’t greeted by our server (Stephanie) and they had to hunt them down to order a drink before happy hour, a quarter of the utensils/serving plate we had were not clean, then half my grandfathers meal came much later than everyone else’s food (because it was overcooked steak), and no one checked on us once food arrived and my sister had really salty food. Overall the food was good and I’ll probably return but experience didn’t make us want to come back for big family functions.

I go here regularly because the food is consistently good and appy hour has great choices. Unfortunately, the last few months I've gone I have noticed the glasses and dishes seem dirty, and there are constantly fruit flies all around your table indoors. There was even a dead fruit fly in my water jug a few days ago. Hoping they improve the cleanliness because it's a great restaurant other than that.

Really welcoming ambience and staff! Went for family dinner. Ordered cauliflower wings and artichoke dip. Both were really yummy and light. Felt good and happy to eat their quality dishes! They were out of the drink I had ordered, so they made me custom drink as per my taste for free! Excellent customer service👍
