Disgusting food.. that’s not real and RUDE incompetent staff.... not one person was helpful and acting as though I was doing a disservice ordering. Had to interrupt the cashier from texting... as a line was building. All around horrible. Would rather starve next time. Not worth your money, time or health

20 min+ for a to-go sandwich. No customer service. I understand this is in an airport but this is even bad for that.

Let's agree that New Ark airport is, in general, depressive. So there isn't much those folks can do regarding this branch! The service was prompt and friendly. The place is clean qnd the lady even offered me an extra side dish. My sandwich came cold and when i asked to reheat it they did right away. It's a chain, in an airport, so some of their sandwhiches come from some central kitchen/factory.That being said, the food was OK. It was cooked earlier during the day.

I walked in and was told to sit anywhere. Took a while for the waitress to acknowledge me. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. I paid cash and was only given dollar bills for my change, no coin so that was her tip. Same thing happened to my husband when he ate there last year. Pay with card that way they can’t keep your change

Excellent service. Food was ok. Spinach dip was good. Drinks are yummy.

My wife and I ordered an appetizer dip with our sandwiches. We were half way through when my wife spit out a small metal bolt she found in a bite of the dip. It was a horrifying experience.I would never eat here again.

They kind of forgot about my order, to the point where I had to ask what was going on after about the 6th person who ordered after me got theirs first. Not a huge deal but I figured I'd have time for a single sandwich half an hour before boarding and ended up having to harf it down.Otherwise, my sandwich (an original) was absolutely delicious, the fresh baked bread really takes it to the next level. Would gladly order again especially if it were a little quicker than this time.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Due to being the only sit down food vendor in terminal A they attract people however the food is beyond bad. Low grade dog food. Beware of the food in this place. Stick to grabbing a drink here if you need. Newark Airport should demand better.

Very decent grab some food real quick before you takeoff type of restaurant. Wasn't too fancy, wasn't too overpriced and right up my alley! Definitely give this place a try and stop by!

Terrible breakfast sandwich. Worst coffee I've ever had. Not what they are renowned for...One waitress working her a** off while the rest of staffs were sipping their coffee... :/

It’s the only place to get decent food in drink in this tiny little terminal. Very busy. I would order your food and drink together if your in some what of a rush. Cob salad and soup was super fast.

Service was quick and the server was nice. It was very busy the tables are small and jammed together. The coleslaw was good but it was a tiny serving. The chips are kettle cooked which is a plus for me. You can also get sandwiches to go and eat out in the terminal.

I travel through airports a lot: this is my worst dining experience in decades. The overpriced Greek Salad was almost inedible, and though the salad was advertised as "gluten-free," I don't doubt the sugary goo they called a salad dressing was loaded with gluten. But why should they care? In this small, cramped concourse of terminal A, it has no competition. Service was reasonably friendly, and since my salad with stale, cold chicken undoubtedly came straight from the refrigerator, there was no wait.

Sat down and waited 10 minutes for service, other people were being waited on so I figured that was the process. Was totally ignored. Finally went to the counter and was given just two words - "kitchen's closed". No signs, no sorry sir the kitchen's closed, just attitude with a side of surly. I guess with limited food options in terminal A and a transient customer base they can get by with that kind of service.
