This place has one of my most favorite atmospheres. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to eat. Some of the menue options are more pricey. Although they do have good sandwich prices around 11 dollars a dish.

Sad on Christmas Eve did run out of the turkey dinner. Very sad. Usely good food but no turkey.

I am not positive but I believe in New York state they are not allowed to charge gift cards inactivity fee anymore

Hi Gloria, we do have private rooms/spaces for parties and larger groups on the first floor, our first floor tavern accommodates 20-30 guests, our back dining room accommodates 16-24 guests. We do reserve our front fireplace room depending on the party size and day of week. Due to the history of the building we do not have an elevator, hope this helps. We never charge for a private space, it's your food & beverages plus sales tax and we do add a 17% gratuity to the bill. 716.632.7669 if we can help you more personally on the phone. Thank you
