I paid 30 dollars for food it went threw, order confirmation.. Thennn they said I didint order food an refused a refund will not be back and I'm out 30 dollars.

We ordered chicken and broccoli and my boyfriend with a shellfish allergy had an allergic reaction. They CROSS CONTAMINATED his order. Also, I realized the price was too high (the total she gave sounded like it was for 3 orders rather than the 2 I called in). I repeatedly asked the lady about it she assured me the price was correct. I eventually handed her my card, she swiped it quickly, and when she handed me receipt, I noticed she HAD charged me for 3 orders. I asked her for a refund on the 1 I did not order and she refused, saying it would be too difficult. Now I'm stuck with an extra order of lackluster food my boyfriend CANNOT EAT, despite explaining myself repeatedly before and after paying. Never going back, the lady knew she was charging me extra and did not care.

This is a Lafayette staple and has been open for approaching 30 years. This is not a restaurant per se, there is no place to eat inside. There is a counter and some chairs to wait in. This is a strictly carryout or delivery operation. They are open late (midnight most days and until 1AM on Friday and Saturday night) which is a great when you are hungry after most places have closed. The food is pretty standard Chinese restaurant fare, but it's always hot and fresh since there is no buffet they cook to order.

I ordered mandarin chicken, one of my favorite Chinese dishes. There was absolutely no orange flavor at all, it was awful! The broccoli was tuff and chewy. The egggrol tasted greasy. I called to complain but all they said was sorry you didn't like it. I find that to be very unprofessional. I'll tell everyone I know how terrible it was.

This place AINT what it used to be. Very unsanitary and poorly cooked food. Lo mein is disgusting. Crabmeat wontons completely overcooked, until the pastry was just a pastry filled with air. I will never be back again.

I have been coming to Dynasty for years. I love their fried rice and egg rolls. Food is always delicious. Service is good too.

Friends told me this was the place to go we went here the cashier was friendly food toke some time to come out but understand they were busy came home with friend open bag and i didn't receive my egg rolls i called the store spoke to someone then she told someone that i called and said i dint receive my egg rolls she said she put it in bag which clear didn't happen. they told me to come get it know but i have no transportation so i ask for them to write it down in books they told me no come and get it now . I said wow all this for 2 egg rolls what happen to customer service I want return again
