Dutch Bros Coffee

Got 2 cups of cold coffee. Suppose to be hot. Went back and they gave us new ones. First time I ever had an issue with Dutch Bros. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great and affordable hot drinks. I will always go to Dutch Bros cause they donate more to there community. I've never seen Starchucks donate to their community. Awesome job Dutch Bros

For some reason at all The Dutch Bros I go to they can't get my drink right. I wanted a LG soy white chocolate mocha blended with whip And I got a dark chocolate mocha. I don't understand why they can't get it right.

By far the best coffee company ever. Get a sticker and keep going back. These guys are what SB's used to be back when they were real and not sell outs. Go go bro

Of I could give zero stars I would! The 2C caldwell Dutch is out of control! Double charged my card then acted put out by having to credit it back. The gal at the window was horribly rude!

I decided to get something different then my normal I got blended coconut lemon green tea! I was worried it was going to be awful! It wasn't it was the best frozen tea I've ever had! 🌞 ❤️

Today my husband and I decided to get drinks from our favorite place Dutch Bros, we've gone to over 40 locations expanding over three states. Although this one has made us reanalyze our drinks before we drink them. My husband is moving his straw around in his double blended frappe caramelizer drink, and sees a long dark hair smashed up against the side of the cup in the caramel drizzle. We instantly turn around go back to the coffee stand he gets out of the vehicle goes up to the window with my drink and his as well, and starts to explain that there is a hair in his drink and how he is disgusted the girls smiles and giggles and says would you like me to make you another one. No apology just a smile and giggle as it was funny somehow? We are freaking disgusted from here on out check your drinks as well as your food if you're going to go to a restaurant or a coffee stand or anywhere that someone else makes your meal or drink because this disgusting thing might happen gag we are very displeased we give this coffee stand a zero star rating. We get it mistakes happen. But the lack of apology and does common courtesy and common customer service was just not there,.

They are ALWAYS nice and friendly there. They love my dogs and give them treats. Their drinks are wonderful. If they happen to make a drink you don't like you can bring it to their attention and they make it right.
