Delicious coffee options! The Nitro Cold Brew is smooth, yet bursting with flavor. As a first timer at Dutch Brothers, the staff was patient and helped create the perfect drink based on my preferences at other chain coffee houses. Sydney and KJ were friendly and so kind as they walked me through options. KJ was filled with information on the menu options and was very descriptive as he went through suggestions. I highly recommend this establishment and if you have the opportunity to get Sydney or KJ, that will make it an even better experience!

Customer service adequate and occasionally more than adequate it sucks you like the pretty girls. Wow my three stars is contributed to the coffee itself seems to me and then cereal Coffee Bean not the sugar or the chocolate or the groove Cruise but the actual Coffee Bean seems to be less than adequate.

Normally I am pretty laid back when it comes to drive thru coffee places. Today I used my own cup and asked for a quad espresso shot, topped off with water. What I was charged for was an Americano with 2 extra shots and no mention of my own cup.Mia, the young woman who ran up my order started to input my drink the way I asked and the barista said to do it this way.Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.
