GIFT CARD SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. I stopped in hoping to use my gift card - unfortunately the gift card transaction reader is "down". While I can sympathize, I was disheartened when I asked for a coupon or discount on my next visit. Provided this is a known company wide system error, I would imagine customer moral would have been a higher priority considering the inconvenience. On the flip, cold press is always great.
