Hazelnut coffee with a coffee cake... yum!

Every time I go here, the service is exceedingly slow. I don't mind waiting, but it is Starbucks slow and at least Starbucks makes the coffee from scratch in front of you. Love my morning Dunkins, but this is nuts! It's so slow.

The people that work here don't care about life. We placed two drink orders and two food orders and they got every order wrong. And there wasn't even a line. They just stood there and talked the whole time. Maybe if they spent less time talking they wouldn't forget the order.

Ok, so it's just another DD, but the had chive cream cheese for my bagel. It's been almost a year since I have found chive cream cheese at DD. Way to go, they made this customer really happy.

Cashier was extremely rude. Her name was Violette C. (per the reciept I kept for this very purpose). She ignored my coffee order, and just tried to ring me up for a water. When I asked if she heard my coffee order her response was "I don't know what you want," with an eyeroll. I repeated my order, she rang it up, told me the total then walked away when I tried to pay her in cash. I proceeded to use my credit card, then she starts screaming "I'm coming, I said I was coming," as the machine started beeping. To make things worse, the coffee wasn't even good. Extremely unprofessional, rude and overall bad experience. If you don't like your job Violette, get a new one. Preferably one that doesn't require any customer service.

The hash browns were absolutely gross. We got better from wendy’s.

I didn’t like the way zewie talked to me, it’s an airport , it’s expect that people have accent, But the fact I had accent made her nervous. Every time I go to Dunkin’ Donuts is like this.

Service was bad. They should know that saying hello and goodbye is just politeness...

Good donuts

This review is for the Dunkin' Donuts inside the Boston Logan Airport, terminal C, near gate 30. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was the service slow, but I did not get what I ordered. Nor was I notified I would not be receiving it. Had another customer not overheard the workers say they were out of hot chocolate, we likely would not have been notified. We had to go back to the cashier who wasn't capable of offering a refund (he stated he didn't know how.) As we do not drink coffee and that was the only other beverage we were offered, we wasted money on additional donuts we didn't need, or want, and a crappy experience. Since it was mid day and I'm sure they'd experienced both a breakfast and lunch rush already, I tried to look past the dishevelled appearance of the counter, but clearly we should have walked right past it to avoid the experience altogether.
