Great coffee, friendly waitstaff

Love DD, solid service.

I've never had such terrible service as I do at this location, woman with the blue hair is ALWAYS rude and acts like my one iced coffee is such an inconvenience. I can ignore the attitude but this last time my iced coffee was barely more than half full so I'll be going to starbucks from now on where they're happy to have my business.

Wife got sick twice from the cream in their coffee

Cant stand the coffee. And the Donuts are not good anymore!!! Only reason I go is for the energy punch!!!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and not only was the bagel stale and chewy but it was burnt as well. My husbands donut was also stale. Coffee was fine.

Great Coffee and kind people

Coffee was good but this wakeup wrap is way below my expectations. Not even sure what to think besides this is nasty. So many other dunkin locations in the area, 100% recommended going to a different one.

Terrible, horrible service. Ordered the most simple things, asked for no whip. They are handing all the wrong things and the drink had whip. Didn't give a straw. Took 15 minutes. Had to honk, nobody came to the window, the lady (looks like always works the evening shift) just walked by. She was the one who took the order, she has the worst attitude and has no patience. Kept cutting me off while i was ordering, no wonder she got everything wrong. I will be avoiding this location from now on. Do not recommend anyone to go there either.

Good service

Coffee was so old tasted disgusting and my sisters coffee was so watered down. When we told the worker he just said “ok why don’t you just go to your own dunkin” since my sister works in southern IL dunkin’ donuts. worst experience they were so rude. He called us names because we said the coffee wasn’t well made.

Coulple of times i have been there around 6:45-6:50, nobody is servicing even the store hours says it will be closed by 7 PM. Very annoying..

Was here this morning the guy at the drive thru is rude what happened to the lady Manager Linda she was the best that ever worked there I have been coming here for a couple years and the help is pretty bad such a nice lady gave great service always with a smile I won’t be coming back

I stopped in 2 hours before they closed and waited at the counter but nobody came to take my order. I saw the blue-haired manager and said “excuse me” several times but she ignored me and finally told one of her employees to take my order. Once I got my coffee, it tasted like it was made 12hours ago. I threw it out and went to another Dunkin Donuts on 59. Get it together, guys. The wolves are at your door.
