Dunkin' Donuts

My french cruller donut order was stale (all the crullers were bad), but they were nice enough to replace it with anything else, and gave me an extra. Customer service is very good here, so I'd come back here.

Quick service, always get exactly what I order!!

I prefer 'krispy Kremes' to DUNKIN' DONUTS. DONUTS R JUST SOFTER, AND TASTE IS FAR MORE SUPREME.

Always great coffee.. quick cheap breakfast menu, and while the donuts aren't what they used to be... store made and fresh from the back room (now they are shipped in from a common bakery in Jessup) they remain consistently good. Not the 5 stars they were with a great variety, in store flair... but this is the 21st century... where big corporate profits and mechanization have taken over. This may be how K.kreme may win, if they do it wisely.

Too many times orders have not been right. At time I've dealt with attitudes. I truly feel that the Personnel is Jaded due to the area. Just the other day I walked in to get a coffee stood in line no one waited on me and when I asked the drive-thru lady if she was by her self she said no and turned her back to me.

Poor customer service this morning. No one to serve clients walking in. Had to wait over 10 minutes one man left he was never acknowledged.

Since it is 5:25pm and they are closed because of not having enough employees to work. Im changing my review. I come to this DD all the time and have never seen them close at this time. One employee working. This is ridiculous. She is turning away all the people trying to walk inside and place orders. So unless u have a vehicle u will not get served. Cant walk up to the drive thru either. To me this is bad service. I have watched over 10 people get turned away in less then 10 minutes. They need to hire some more people. Bad business in my opinion.Friendly staff and the store is always clean. If you need a caffeine boost and something sweet to munch on you will find what you want here.

Morning staff great, anything after is Horrible...

Good coffee. But there slow. Always ppl out side begging for money. I can't stand that. The owner or employees need to have them moved or call the cops.
