Dunkin' Donuts

The person at the counter was very rude. When I was looking at the menu she called out "What do you want?" She sounded as if I was annoying her. I then ordered a chai tea which is 3.59. No Problem there. Upon bringing it she charged 4.99 for a different beverage that wasn't on the menu. She said even though an iced chai tea isn't on the menu it cost different than the chai tea on the board. I let her know I just wanted the 3.59 with ice even if it was in the side. She started to tell me they can't serve it that way only blended. I simply asked for a refund and left. I went to books a million afterwards; where everyone was friendly

Good food and a huge flavored coffee menu that can be made to your specifications. Love their donuts and their bagels. Great breakfast sandwiches and they have turkey sausage and low fat wraps available. My only complaint is that a couple of their employees could do with an attitude adjustment. Whatever their problems are the don't need to be taking their bad attitudes out on the customers.

One star is too much...horrible customer service seems to be a trend at this location. There are a couple employees that seem to care but the rest need to reconsider their job choice. Feel like complaining to the franchise operator? Don’t bother...he knows the issues yet chooses to look the other way. It’s one thing to back an employee when they’re right...it’s an atrocity to do so when they’re absolutely wrong.
