Every time I walk in there the workers are standing around talking, yet quite often they get my order wrong.

Just like all the other Dunkkn like the ice coffee .

Horrible management, I know of a person whose wallet was left there accidentally last week, and all of the cash was stolen out of the wallet. Management handled it terribly, so you know what I'm thinking. I honestly believe an employee/management took the cash out of the wallet. Businesses should have more integrity than this, especially for consistently returning customers. "This situation was handled like crooks and thieves."

Small...service... sometimes out of some selections

The staff is rude and unprofessional most days. They have made an error with my sandwich 3 out of 5 days this week alone, and twice today I've had to return the same sandwich. The employee was upset and irritated with me for asking them to correct my order TWICE after I'd already paid for, went back to my office and then had to walk back after opening my food. Furthermore, I attempted to order the "All you can meat" breakfast sandwich and the employee told me that they advertise it but can't make it. I'm not sure how that is possible, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL THE MEAT THAT THE SANDWICH REQUIRES but she says she CAN'T MAKE IT FOR ME! TERRIBLE FROM THE SHIFT LEADER ALL THE WAY UP TO THE MANGER!!!

Get on the go because I was on the go... and still had to wait 5 minutes for a bagel to get toasted. Also left the cream cheese on the side opposite of what was selected online. I guess don't order here on the go

They never give u the foam cup when u get an iced coffee unless u ask for it and it’s super annoying especially if u gotta get on the train or the bus Bc then u get the condensation all over u

Always out of something. Can't make a sandwich.

Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to do what needs to make the customer happy
