Dunkin' Donuts

Always good coffee and donuts.

Stopped by there with a friend who wanted an iced coffee. I went in to wash my hands and noticed they apparently only check their restroom sporadically based on the sign in sheet on the door? When I rejoined her she was standing there another 5 minutes before anyone helped her. There were five people working yet everyone was dedicated to the drive-through or stocking the donuts. Not my idea of customer service, probably why I don't go there myself

Coffee was not good tasted watered down ? 4 adults felt this way ..service was so bad we had to ask to be waited on we interupted a mini meeting of some kind and asked twice for help but I guess "what about the garbage" was more important than 6 of us standing there ponytail lady was happy to tell the young kid she didnt hear him ask for help customer service is not what it use to be the donuts were good I know of other dd s in the area

This is by far the best Dunkin in Hernando County! Coffee is always fresh and made correctly and there is typically never a long wait.

Drive thru line is always very busy in the morning but dont let that stop you if you are in a hurry. Service is quick and on point with lines around the buildind i never had more than a 5 min wait and never had an error with my order. This is my morning go to

Great for the midnight sneak attack of ice cream - dairy & gluten free and delicious!

I will always love D&D but go back to the stirophone cups for the hot coffee, please!
