Dunkin' Donuts

I paid extra for a meatier sandwich, got upstairs and realized it was same. Went back to the store to have it corrected and the manager refused to correct. i essentially paid for nothing. Next time I'll go across the street to the deli for a real sandwich.

Never stop to talk to your coworker in the middle of my order! Just came here an hour ago. Terrible service. Waste of $5!

Great coffee

I would not have had to write a review usually but I just had a smoothie made with a rather disgusting blender. I now question how everything else is made, and I understand the idea of fast food but I could see it. At least do me the courtesy of hiding the mess. Well I'll up it from one to two stars for being pretty honest.

Dirtiest Dunkin’ toilet ever, with floor buildup that required days to accumulate.With unswept floors, two ladies annoyingly did deep cleaning and baking while I waited for the cashier to complete the complex order of the customer in front of me.There was graffiti on the bathroom’s mirror and door. A large piece of the light-switch faceplate was missing along with the soap dispenser tray, but it’s unsightly installation pads remain prominently adhered to the wall tiles.The remainder of the store which includes a drive-thru looked fairly new and their donuts were tasty and fresh as usual.

Excellent location, spacious with plenty of seating space to relax and do a little work (no electrical outlets). This is a very clean store with friendly staff; they have a drive through and a sizeable parking lot.

Location is strategic. Fordham road in the Bronx full of trading stores, banks and city library on Kingsbridge road. Major train stations and plenty city buses ploughing different routes. Home for kiddies stores, Mcdonald, Walgreen, best buy, PC. Richard. Cee Cee stores,AJ Weight, Fordham plaza- seat of community government.etc.

Their coffee always good they make it just the way you want it no complains on that, the food order also on point but their customer service can use some training on being pleasant or ateast appeared to be friendly. They all seem very serious and to their self, also they can try to clean up the chairs and tables.

Horrible service. I had to tell the workers 3 times over and over to correct my order and they still kept messing up. Until i received my sand which all discombobulated . They don’t listen or don’t understand english and shouldn’t be interacting with customers. This happened 3 days back to back i already anticipated their mistakes thats how horrible they were and they still made the mistakes again. I only asked for the simplest things like cut my sandwich in half or add butter . The biggest thing they kept messing up is my sandwich came with extra bacon and when they kept forgetting that when i reminded them they tried to charge me ! Complete idiots

The service is terrible here. They have very bad attitude to help order the coffee and food . The cashier who is called Nalia( I guess this is the name ) she has so bad attitude . This is definitely the worst Store!!!! Don’t come to here . We pay the money we need service not attitude!!!

I went into the store for a smoothie. The store was spacious with a moderate seating area. It was midday on a Saturday, so the line was short. I was able to place my order quickly and it was prepared in less than 10 minutes. The clerk was pleasant and efficient. My only area for improvement would be that the restroom needs to be better maintained. I enjoyed my Mango smoothie!

I visit this location on weekends occasionally. Very clean and they actually listen to ur order and make coffee accordingly. So far they have made coffee to my expectation. I am very picky with my coffee. They also toasted the crossint perfect. Little crisp. Love to start my weekend with the perfect coffee and breakfast. THANK YOU 😊
