entered near ten, it was not crowded. the bill was fair for the quality of food.

Went to this store today and asked if the afternoon happy hour promotion was still ongoing. After the cashier stared at me blankly for a good minute, I added, you know the promotion where medium drinks are $2? He replied, "No, no sales. Everything is full price." Whats wrong with the employees?????Noone seems to know what's going on! I left, went on the website and the promotion is ongoing until 3/3! I previously went to another store on Washington as well and thar cashier wasnt able to tell me the flavors of ice tea. Both places missed out on my business. Poor service all around. I'll stick with Starbucks.

The DD staff here are very nice, and they do serve so fast, due to always a long line of customers queueing in morning hours (say in between 6 to 9 a.m.). I really like the strawberry coolatta. Hmmmm.. what a way to start the day. Of course I like the egg and cheese bagel too. It does not only give me the energy I need to survive, but it also created a big nice smile with a grin on my face

One of the best dunkin donuts in Philadelphia, always happy to be in this store just because of the employees, very good people

Good service though a little hard to understand the accent of the gentleman in the drive through, lol.

Service was fast, food and coffee was freshly made, workers was professional.

Place has been here for years. Friendly staff and fast service. Coffee is blazing hot so be careful.

The girl named Antoinette was so rude. She just ignored my order like 2 times idk why. She just gave me that dirty look. Never again there. Weird and unprofessional.

They are very ignorant and don't ever make ur food the way you want it done then get mad when you send it back and try to charge extra for having them make it right instead of doing it right the 1st time
