Clean place Good coffee however I would question the green Ice T it almost looks just like regular tea, which raises a few flags for me

Coffee, juice, tea, hot chocolate, small sandwiches, doughnuts, bagels, croissants...pretty much everything you need through your day. I used to go here constantly while working near here. The staff when I went there was friendly and courteous when not in the rush times. They worked feverishly during those times but the lines can be long and some people have no patience making the experience for everyone bad (especially staff trying to do their job). Is every single order perfect...no. It happens but they will immediately fix for you, even regulars as it happened to me.

The servers are rude. Waiting for my order and then I was asked a question and I answered and my head was chewed off. Wth?? Don't take your stress out on your customers. Definitely will not come back.

This used to be my go to spot for coffee.. until I saw the big ol' roach crawling around. And when I pointed out out to staff, they just looked at it. I canceled my order and walked out.

Could not find the address on the outside so I had to go in and ask it to place a mobile order. I had the ice latte special which was prepared in a few minutes. Their definition of 'less ice' is different from my definition & most other Dunkins. Not completely satisfied but the latte was still good. One staff member was friendly and the other not so much, so I'm glad the first guy made my drink. I'd come here again.
