Dunkin'

Terrible service and terribly rude staff. You guys have a real problem here. Customer service is non existant at this location. It's shameful.

The app gave me a choice for their cheddar twist bagel- but when I stopped in they said they didn't have them- so bummed! I had them once in Florida and love them.

I stopped here because McDonalds next door was so busy. Looked like the glass doors and windows had never been cleaned. Duncan Donuts entrance was very Dirty. It smelled like sewage inside. VERY stinky, & very unfriendly, Heath coffee tasted like burnt old coffee. A couple of the donuts were hard (stale). Breakfast sandwiches were old and cold. I will never return.

Drive thru is a little slow but good customer service during both visits

Not the cleanest place to eat; I don't like touching any of the surfaces and the floors are a mess. But, this is co-located with Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors, and I have to get my Pralines and Cream ice cream. Every once in a while, I will get donuts or a sandwich.

It's a typical dunkies, with a Baskin Robbins as a joint business. The service here is incredibly slow. The drive through is terribly slow.

Donuts were fresh, coffee hot. Service was good too..The staff needs wipe the tables down though..

Make frequent stops here.

I love dunkin! However, The coffee is always made inconsistently at this location. I love love love coffee but the coffee at this location sometimes is too strong it taste like tar it's not drinkable. Almost taste like burnt coffee.

Coffee gets 5 stars, service, attitude of employees and no vanilla cake donuts with milk chocolate icing brings star rating down to 3.

Donuts were the only good thing at this place. Every time I’ve come here the coffee tastes exactly the same no matter the flavor I choose. It’s not to exactly say the taste is unbearable, but if I ask for a flavored coffee, I expect a unique taste, not the sugary latte I receive every time. The only thing that keeps me coming back is my woman’s claim that “it’s not that bad” but I think she has no taste buds. It’s about time I put my foot down and not drive over here and just go back to Starbucks, it’s worth the extra buck you spend there.
