Good donuts

Great service this evening by the gentleman and his wife (I think it was his wife). Made my sister and I fresh decaf because the pot they had was not fresh (old). We had to wait a few min's for brewing, so we parked and he brought it out to us. He was smiling and friendly and upbeat. I just LOVE that !! You don't get service from an awesome person like that very often !! Very happy with this DD location on Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. Would recommend it to everyone !!

Nice staff no matter what time it is. Staff listen closely to my drink request and I am picky with my coffee. The lady always listen to me then makes my drink perfect the first time. Every time I go, I don't have to wait long but then again if I were in a rush for whatever reason I just wouldn't stop for coffee. I want every customer that walk in the door to get treated with the same respect as me.For customer: Don't rush the Staff! Let the staff do the job and make your drinks correctly the first time. Give them time prepare your order, if you are in a rush then Please just make coffees at your house. Your RUSH is only your problem not those whom work their! The drive thru menu lacks information, it tells you they sell donuts but not which kinds. The drive thru attendant didn’t say a word when we pulled up, just took the cash and handed us a donut (I happened to know before I went which kind I wanted).

It was a little slower on my last visit but the weather was bad. Usually quick and friendly staff.

Went to Krispy Kreme first, looking for chocolate-covered custard filled donuts for my daughter's 18th birthday. Krispy Kreme was very rude and told me they didn't have any. Found this Dunkin Donuts just up the street. when I first walked in, it didn't appear that they had any either, but one of the workers was overly kind and offered to make a dozen of the donuts I was looking for while I waited. I definitely recommend this location, their customer service is amazing and the donuts were good too.

Staff is always friendly, the coffee is the best and the drive through isn't more than a five minute wait when packed!
