Staff is incredibly rude. Ordered ahead and they didn't even START my order. Had 2 employees gang up on me saying my order is too "confusing" (small iced coffee with 2 shots of french vanilla). When they finally made it, it didn't taste right and was weirdly foamy and bubbly... this is my go to drink and I've never had it look or taste like that.

Iâ€™ve been living in Sarasota a long time and frequent this Dunkinâ€™ Donuts. As much as I would love to rate it more than 2 stars, I simply canâ€™t justify it. The staff here are often rude and donâ€™t show any respect for Dunkin Donuts clientele. One of the bigger notes, the coffee is just too inconsistent. Iâ€™ve had the same order for 3 years and it seems every time itâ€™s a guessing game as to if itâ€™s going to taste right.
