Don’t go in the morning. Cold breakfast sandwich and the Cappuccino tasted like half black coffee. Like it was rushed and they just poured black coffee in it.

Sooooooo slow. Every time I come through the drive up with 1 other car it’s 20 minutes to get one coffee. I never write reviews but this is crazy.

Nice staff. But need more staff in the morning. Went on 2/19 and it was busy but only 3 people staffed for drive thru and walk ins.

Was very disappointed with the service today. Ordered large coffees because I was in a rush, but I picked them up and they were mediums. I didn’t understand so I was sitting at the counter trying to ask and the three working continued to ignore me. All I wanted was a refund for the difference since I only got mediums, but paid for larges. Or for the equivalent of two large coffees in medium cups. The morning staff that was in today is terrible and should probably be re-trained because as someone that works in customer service I can tell you that anyone trained correctly would’ve handled that situation differently. All I want is what I paid for.

Terrible staff!!! I ordered 2 large drinks and when I got them they were 2 medium. I tried talking to them for 15 minutes and they ignored me the whole time. They walked past me like 5-6 times!

I went there around 10:30 the other morning, ordered a dozen assorted donuts, I said "do you have reg cream filled donuts not Bavarian cream, she said yes, I said ok I'll take a couple of those, she said frosted or powdered, I said powdered, ok so I took the donuts to work... There is ONE cream filled, FROSTED and a Bavarian cream one... Lol these places kill me! You never know what you're getting. They weren't the freshest either.

Free lattes with T-Mobile Tuesdays app I love the jelly filled donuts and beverian cream filled donuts, the staff is friendly just wish there would be one closer to home or in Decatur Indiana
