Great location to relax and catch up with friends. Service was great

Very disappointed. 😭Dunkin's website shows they close at 9:00pm., so I call ahead at 8:38pm and was told all of the machines are being cleaned & they cannot make anything for me. I was under the impression that if a store closes at 9:00pm. the last customer would be served up until 9:00pm and the machines would be shut down after the store closes to the public. If you are unable to serve a customer after 8:30pm, then advertise that you close at 8:30pm.

It's a nice place to sit and have a quick little meal I like it better than all of the other branches in Newark very clean they also offer free WiFi it's really kinda cozy

Went to Dunkin this morning and I have to say Noah was the best customer service I ever got ! He gave me great customer experience which I never received before. I normally go to Starbucks just because of the way I'm treated but Noah will make me a returning customer. He asked me all the options to specialized my drink and gave knowledge about food choices I didn't even know was an option. I was happy with the service I had to write this review ASAP. Thank you for making me change my attitude towards this Dunkin Donuts Newark :))))) !

I walked in to buy a quick coffee and what do I see?I see a person sleeping with a blanket covering them,then I see people charging their cell phones, hanging out.The shift leader does nothing I guess he's afraid to say anything to the unsavory characters,anyway i ordered my coffee and to my surprise I see a fly on top of the French cruellers and other donuts.Typical Sunday afternoon I guess but anyways the garbage is overflowing with garbage and on the floor and the tables are dirty and not cleaned this place is a mess.During the week this dunkin donuts is not as bad.

I am happy about this recently opened Dunkin Donuts by Cedar and Broad St. I am not a frequent coffee drinker but I occasionally indulge in a hot latte. Due to the inconsistencies across franchises my first sip is usually never the same. However, my order today was on point. No complaints.

Quality of service has definitely declined on weekends. Perhaps during the workweek there is a higher standard, but, from what I saw, if they have it, they need to bring it to the weekends.

Dirtiest place in Newark nj. I wish I could show video, trash cans not empty, crumbs on tables and floors. Leftover trash left on tables, caution wet sign left on the floor. I walk in lady charge me small for large hot chocolate. Nice of her but I ask for milk. She gives me the cup I burn my tongue, I’m like I ask for milk she’s like I’m sorry I forgot.. just another excuse. For dirty Dunkin’ Donuts. Worst Dunkin donut I have ever visited.
