I usually stop here on my way to work when I neglected to set my coffee the night before. but it's always nice to see energetic faces in the am who know their way around a DD app. Also,they get my latte right every time!

This is my go-to spot when I need to have quiet time for working without interruption. I often find that the tables haven't been wiped down so I can't give it the 5 star rating, but overall the coffee is tasty, the price is right, and when I indulge, the donuts are nice and fresh!

The staff are awesome and work really hard. There's lots of seating, usually a few parking spots available, and it's clean. Food selection is decent, though the Dunks down Cherokee St has more variety in donuts. My only major complaint is that the front counter is understaffed, because they focus on the drive thru. The staff work super hard but they can't be everywhere (though they definitely try!). The manager / franchisee should have both front registers staffed, especially during rush hour!

My girls love donuts and I took them for a morning treat. They loved it!!!I ordered a caramel frappe coffee which was disgusting. I only took 2 sips and returned it asking to have an original coffee frappe instead. Manager advised that flavor might be strong . What an unpleasant surprise when I tried the "original" one and IT HAD THE SAME NASTY FLAVOR. I had to leave since I was running out of time but I would not get coffee there ever again.

Great coffee and donuts although their breakfasts sandwiches could use some help, on the croissant, cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon and eggs could have been cooked more. Staff was friendly. Nice, inviting, and comfortable interior. Parking can be an issue and you have to circle the plaza to get to the majority of the parking.

The customer service is fantastic both morning and evening crew. They are always eager to ensure my drink is made right and sometimes offer suggestions to try. Yasmine is definitely a winner in my book for customer service above all. She is usually the first to get my order and gets it right every time. Management is good but could improve a little on the customer satisfaction side.

Nice. If you work from home and need to get OUT for a while, go here. I stopped eating donuts a while ago, except for here. Power for your mobile electronics, good cell coverage. 4g coveragevis strong and wifi is available.

Love Boston cream donuts. However, the cream consistency is always different. Don't get enough cream as in years past. Dough is not as smooth as in past years. Tougher consistency.
