I am a health care worker at a Cambridge Hospital and after work on 05/06/2020 I stopped at this facility 517 Concord Ave around 4:30PM as there was the complimentary coffee and donut day for health care professionals. The middle aged woman who was working the drive through window was EXTREMELY rude. I greatly appreciate Dunkin’, as a whole, with this day and staying open during this difficult time. However, this visit made a hard day even worse. I felt like I was nothing but bother asking the woman for a donut. I can appreciate the reasons someone may act that way but perhaps she need not work with customers on a day where Dunkin’ is trying to brighten the faces of health care professionals during a pandemic. Anyways, I got a donut and she got a tip but I’m not going back.

They had a lady on taking orders that was so rude. She asked me if I wanted an extra large medium coffee. I thought she was working alone. Sunday 1/14/18 approximately 8:10 a.m. I pulled up to the window and saw a full crew and the gentleman that usually runs the drive thru smoothly all week! Worst Dinkins experience ever!!!

Coffe not right

In AM this location has decent cofee. Generally better than other nearby locations. Staff across st @ Trader Joe plaza aren't as good, coffee is a small step below this location so its 'ok'. Coffee quality @ Alewife Station location is intolerable but staff are very nice. I keep seeing complaints about "burnt" and "watered down" coffee. Yes, much of Cambridge/Somerville suffers this bad quality. Unfortunately, if you want really good coffee like we used to get 30 yrs ago in the city u gotta go out to Newton etc now. I suspect also much DD is genetically engineered or something tastes off about it. A good cup of just regular coffee is hard to find. Thank globalism. What can u do but just keep up with good locations of different chains and if they change then find new ones. There's tolerable then there's just plain bad. Within the urban areas, at least this one is decent-better than tolerable. I can't get out to Auburndale for coffee every day-i wish I cud!

The problem with this Dunkin’ Donuts is that they never write what your order is on the cups, so they often screw up the order and when you get multiple coffees you have no idea which one is which.

Great late night coffee, one guy working the drive thru was prompt and friendly.

BEST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER! MANAGEMENT IS OUTSTANDING.EVERY ISSUE I'VE EVER HAD HAD BEEN RESOLVED THAT DAY. LOBBY IS SPOTLESS.YOU COULD EAT OFF OF THE FLOORS .THE CLEANING GUY WILL EITHER MAKE YOU LEAVE WITH A LAUGH A QUESTION MARK FACE OR BOTH ..WELL I ALWAYS LEAVE WITH A SMILE AND LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING .KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! ONE OUT OF SEVERAL OF THE STAFF HAVE AN ATTITUDE BUT ITS AMERICA BUT... AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN ;)

Good amount of things to buy, not many seating areas, better than the other Dunkin donuts

Dunkin is always good drinks, food, people, the best of everything.
