What set this Dunkin' above average was the fact that it also had a Baskin Robbins in there which was quite the pleasant surprise. The lights in the bathroom were out, however, so it was like pooping in a Christopher Nolan Batman movie.

Ordered 2 wake up wraps and they tasted like soap/plastic. Had to throw them away. Coffee also tastes worse than other locations.

As a Naperville resident for nearly 30 years, the staff is full of integrity and does not rush your order. Furthermore, the place is rarely packed, and the drive-thru is always a solid flow (i.e. never too long of a wait).

LOVE this one, the lady (I don't know her name) is extremely nice and is always there! She always makes the coffee right and it tastes amazing! And its open 24 hours, its great!

Poor customer service, I ordered 2crossaints and they made me wait almost 20 mins. Shay (supposed mgr) purposely burned my 2crossaints! I got all the way home to find them burnt! I went back with the crossaints and Shay tried to give me a hard to time for my refund. I showed her the crossaints and she thought it was funny! Unacceptable..another co-worker gave me my refund. Will never step foot in that location ever again!

An Indian lady of age around 50 served me in drive through, ordered a caramel latte.Requested for water, she asked 50 cents. Asked an extra cup, she asked 50 cents again. Never encountered this in any Dunkin’ Donuts

I would give a zero if I could. I have a dairy allergy, and asked for a large latte to be made with Almond milk, and caramel. I got the drink, and two orders of hashbrowns. I was on my way to work this morning, and thought it tasted off, but didn't think about it at wrk as we were really busy. However I started feeling very sick, and noticed that I was having an allergic reaction. Im certain beyond a shadow of a doubt they charged me for Almond milk, but used regular milk instead. This is beyond dangerous, and appaling. How the heck do you screw it up that bad?!
