Breakfast item always good, very affordable....

Saturday morning around 8am I walked in and 2 folks where at the counter in front of me waiting and waiting and waiting. I ask about counter staff. They say they are here elsewhere. What? I had to get a window server to find the counter staff. She came up and had nothing to say about the wait. Not even a good morning or a hi. You have to get more staff and train the them in customer service. I rated them a 2 necause the food was hot and came out quickly.

If your looking to work here- don't. horrible management. Employees are treated unequally, everyone's constantly fighting, constantly breaking, etc. If your related to the manager you can practically get away with embezzlement but if you don't like said related employee you will be harassed into quitting/ being fired. One employee was fired, and was never told. Several people asked the manager about whether or not she was fired, and was completely ignored. I don't think that's even legal

They were out of most doughnuts! We had to settle for whatever couple of choices they had left. One of us ordered a sandwich, needed ketchup. They were out of ketchup too! Thank God they had coffee.

Love getting my iced coffee and chicken croissant.

Last time I went it was a disorganized, hot mess I only ordered 2 items and they messed up. Today I had many items and the service was speedy and accurate. Thank you!

i got not one but TWO crusty, stale bagels. Nothing like cardboard cheese for breakfast😎

Why you are a Dunkin Donuts closing at 10PM and just have a few donut, no croissants not even old fashion 🍩. The gentleman working alone was fine doing his job. Hopefully he's not the owner.

Took them 10 mins and me asking to find out they were out of croissants. Then they offered bagels instead. Seems like that should have happened when I ordered. Seemed like all but 1 of the employees thought they were at space camp or something.

last time I went here they TOTALLY screwed up my order and didn't have anything available.This time they improved: their machine was fixed and they could actually make Kit Kat Coolattas this time. MOST of the order was correct, but they screwed up my girlfriend's order of a sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel by giving me just a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I'll take some ownership: I should have double checked what was in the bag before I left, but I'm sick of having to make sure that people are doing their jobs.

They do not know how to properly flavor a vanilla swirl coffee and gave us the wrong flavor donuts two days and a row. Is this why they shortened their name to dunkins since they can't make coffee or give the correct donuts.

Horrible customer service. Had three employees working when was that the Wonder then was at the register the customer was taking all day. Nobody came over there to help her. They don't greet their customers when they walk in the door. Then my order was wrong but I didn't have time to go back and correct it. They need to be trained or how to treat customers and be more polite in professional whenever somebody arrives there.

Coffee is better priced on average to Starbucks. Plus you have donuts and ice cream. However, like Starbucks lines can be long. And my visit today was not the best as their latte machine was not working. Things happen, but it was not a good start to the day. It would be wonderful if line control was resolved

Went into the drive through at 9pm. The lady told me one moment so I waited. For 9 minutes. I said hello a couple of times into the speaker with no response. After 9 minutes I left, and as I drove by the window they just started at me, headset on. I've never seen such ridiculous business manner. Will never go back, and I'll make sure none of my friend groups do either.
